  Crazy busy.... Came here 3 times with an ailing cat and every time, they were sure to say "we are crazy busy" to lower my expectations on service. Doctors appear to be thoughtful and experienced...but somewhat rushed and quick to process patients. Recommend improving service by doctors spending a few more minutes and for front desk to get more organized and stop saying "crazy busy". Everyone I have every worked with that is persistently "crazy busy" is typically very disorganized or not wanting to work harder.

  My family has been using Wieuca Animal Clinic since they opened decades ago. Likewise, I've been using Dr. Andy Smith since he started working there I believe in the early 1980s. He is a compassionate, caring, generous, and kind physician. He truly cares about the animals in his care. But, perhaps more importantly, he is an excellent diagnostician and vet. Our pets are family members and we want the best possible care for them. At Wieuca Animal Clinic, I'm confident that's exactly what I'm getting.

  Wieuca Animal Clinic is amazing. Dr. Smith shows much compassion and care. He was specific to ease my anxiety (and stop my tears) regarding my pets diagnosis and treatment. I am happy to say my pet is doing great and she loves everyone there too. Every person who works there is knowledgable and helpful. Bonus: Prices are amazing.

  I have taken my cats and dog to Wieuca for about one year and they are great. Very professional and easy to make an appointment. They don't keep you waiting the care is comprehensive.

  I am very disappointed in the customer service I received at Wieuca Animal Clinic. My dog has been a patient here for over three years. Up until recently, I have had a wonderful experience. My vet Dr. Cato was phenomenal. She was very personal and always helped me understand any issues that would arise with my dog. Dr. Cato recently relocated and no longer works for Wieuca Animal Clinic. I recently called the clinic about some medicine my dog was taking. I was told three separate times by two different people that they would return my call. When I did not hear from anyone, I reached back out and asked to speak to the office manager. I was transferred to her voicemail where I left a message briefly explaining my issue and asked for her to call me back. Still no response. I am very disappointed that due to the lack of customer service of the administrative staff I will be looking for a new vet.

  After submitting this review, Wieuca Animal Clinic did contact me. They apologized for their lack of communication and customer service. Although it took longer than it needed to, they were able to resolve my issue. I am hopeful that I will not run into this issue again and will consider continuing to use Wieuca Animal Clinic in the future.
